New Delhi, Mar 21 (ANI): Kangana Ranaut on Wednesday released a statement, clarifying why she gave Hrithik Roshan’s number to lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui. “When we respond to a notice, we give all details to lawyer. To assume that these details were used to violate law & make statements based on that assumption and defame an artist is super lame on Abhishek Trimukhe's part. Proper investigation should be carried out before making assumptions,” Kangana said in her statement. Lawyer Rizwan was summoned due to his involvement in Call Data Records (CDR) scam, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Ayesha Shroff and Kangana Ranaut’s names also got involved in the probe conducted by Thane Crime Branch. Ranaut had reportedly sent the mobile number of Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan to Siddiqui in 2016. Earlier, Nawazuddin was also called in for probe after he was alleged of spying on his wife by providing her call details to Rizwan Siddiqui. Later the actor tweeted his clarification.
