Kolkata (West Bengal), Aug 22 (ANI): Pakistan’s Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari sent a letter to the United Nations (UN), seeking the removal of Priyanka Chopra as their Goodwill Ambassador. Speaking to ANI on this subject and situation in Kashmir, famous lyricist, poet and writer of Bollywood industry Javed Akhtar said, “I know Priyanka Chopra personally and she is an extremely cultured, educated and decent person. If any statement of her has upset the Pakistani establishment they have right to go to UN but I think they will learn.” Later on matter of J&K he added, “I am not aware of what is going on as most of us don’t know because there is hardly any information available. We have yet to get the details that we don’t know. We only know that there was curfew and some kinds of restrictions were imposed in Valley.” “Everybody would not agree with whatever happens in the world. We are yet to learn all this in detail,” he further stated. The central government abrogated Article 370 from Valley on August 05.
