Mumbai, Nov 21 (ANI): Addressing the controversy surrounding his upcoming period drama ‘Padmavati’, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, on Tuesday said, he is ‘200 percent with the film and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’. He added that it’s a very sensitive time and has been asked to maintain silence over it. ‘Padmavati’ features Deepika Padukone as legendary Rajput queen Rani Padmavati, Shahid Kapoor as her husband Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh as Delhi Sultanate ruler Alauddin Khilji. The film has been facing protests from various communal groups, including Shri Rajput Karni Sena, for allegedly tampering with historical facts. The new release date of ‘Padmavati’ is yet to be announced.
