Mumbai, Sep 07 (ANI): Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar, who was in the news for his controversial political drama'Indu Sarkar', recently said through his film he wanted to aware the youth about Emergency. The 49-year-old filmmaker was speaking during the special screening of the film held in Mumbai on Wednesday. The film's leading lady Kirti Kulhari was also present at the occasion. Based on a 21-month long period, from 1975 to 1977 when the then prime minister Indira Gandhi unilaterally had a state of emergency declared across the country, Indu Sarkar was released on July 28.
