Mumbai, Apr 22 (ANI): Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor appreciated the ordinance to amend POCSO act to punish to allow courts to award death penalty to rapists convicted for raping children up to the age of 12 years. He said “A very harsh punishment is required to create a certain mindset in the people who even think of such horrifying crime. It is important to put something very strong as an example for them”, during Dada Sahab Phalke Awards ceremony in Mumbai.
