Idris Elba sparks James Bond rumours

New Delhi, Aug 12 (ANI): Internet went into tizzy after rumours of Idris Elba being cast as the next 007 agent started doing rounds on internet. Elba responded to the rumours in style, he tweeted “my name’s Elba, Idris Elba”. The speculations started after makers of James Bond started talking about bringing some diversity in franchise. No ‘Black’ actor has portrayed the character of James Bond since the beginning. The English actor is known for his role in HBO series ‘Stringer Bell’. The next James Bond movie is slated to be directed by ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ Danny Boyle.
