Patna (Bihar), October 20 (ANI): Bollywood Actor Vikrant Massey and actress Madha Shankar were seen promoting their upcoming release ‘12th Fail’ in Bihar’s Patna. In an honest conversation, Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey shared his journey. The film 12th Fail will be released on October 27. The actor discussed his part in the film and the challenges he faced in his work dynamics with veteran director Vidhu Vinod Chopra. 12th Fail is based on Anurag Pathak’s best-selling novel about the incredible journey of IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma and IRS officer Shraddha Joshi. The film is also inspired by the true stories of students attempting the competitive UPSC exam.While speaking to ANI, actor Vikrant Massey said, "This is almost a biopic; it is based on a true story... I hope many people will get inspired and entertained after watching this movie. It is a typical Vidhu Vinod Chopra film. It has elements of realism in it. This is a very inspiring story. The role was very challenging... The story covers a period of nine or ten years. I lost weight, and very little make-up was used."
