Honoured to be invited to Robert De Niro’s 75th birthday: Anupam Kher

New Delhi, Aug 23 (ANI): Actor Anupam Kher felt elated on being invited to veteran actor and director Robert De Niro’s 75th birthday. He felt ‘privileged and honored’ being a part of the legendry actor’s birthday. Kher took to Twitter and wrote, “It was my privilege & honour to be invited to an exclusive 75th birthday party of Mr. #RobertDeNiro. Meeting #MartinScorsese & having a conversation with him was a lifetime bonus. I was happy to give Mr. De Niro a copy of #BhagwadGita & a small #LordGanesh idol. Was also delighted to recite #MahaMrityunjaya prayer for him.” Kher and De Niro have together starred in the 2012 film Silver Linings Playbook which also won the Academy Award. Since then, the two share a special bond. On the workfront, Kher, will play the role of former prime minister Manmohan Singh in his next film 'The Accidental Prime Minister'.
