Hollywood and Bollywood stars come together for trailer launch of Netflix's 'Mowgli'

Mumbai, Nov 25 (ANI): The cast members of Andy Serkis' directorial 'Mowgli: Legend of The Jungle' met with the cast of Indianised version of the same at the trailer launch in Mumbai. The event saw Christian Bale (Bagheera), Andy Serkis (Baloo) and Freida Pinto (Messua), walk the red carpet in Mumbai to promote the film. Bollywood actors Abhishek Bachchan (Bagheera), Kareena Kapoor Khan (Kaa), Madhuri Dixit Nene (Nisha) and Anil Kapoor (Baloo) spoke about the challenges of translating such a beloved story for Indian audiences. Neither original actor Benedict Cumberbatch nor his Hindi counterpart Jackie Shroff, were also present. The movie is based on Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book and is directed by Andy Serkis.
