Mumbai (Maharashtra), Apr 25 (ANI): Apparently there’s a lot of thing about the life of Sanjay Dutt that no one knows. Like the time, when Former US President, Barack Obama recognised him as ‘Munna Bhai’. During the teaser launch of ‘Sanju’, writer Abhijat Joshi, director Rajkumar Hirani and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra spoke of the time when Barack Obama and Sanjay Dutt crossed path in US. The incident happened in 2004, before Barack Obama became the President. They met at an event in Chicago. Obama, who was a known figure back then, was standing as a Presidential candidate; however, when Sanjay Dutt entered the room everyone rushed towards him to introduce themselves to the actor. When a curious Obama walked forward to see, who is the other popular man in the room, he instantly recognised him as ‘Munna Bhai’. Even Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who has collaborated with Sanjay Dutt for various projects found the story unbelievable. It was apparently one of the big news in America back then.
