New Delhi, Nov 28 (ANI): Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar, whose win has brought a new ray of hope for the girls of her state, Haryana, expressed her happiness saying that she is happy that the tradition of celebratory firing has abolished in her state. Addressing a press conference in the national capital, Chhillar said things have already started changing and the whole India is noticing it. Chhillar was crowned by Miss World 2016 Puerto Rico's Stephanie Del Valle in China on November 18.
