Former Miss World winners excited as India to host 71st Pageant in Mumbai

Mumbai, Feb 10 (ANI): As India gears up to host the 71st Miss World Pageant in Mumbai, former pageant winners have expressed their excitement to witness the rich and diverse culture of India. Reigning Miss World, Karolina Bielawska, shared her thoughts, expressing that the contestants are fortunate to have the Miss World Pageant in India, a vibrant, passionate, and beautiful country. Toni Ann Singh, former Miss World expressed, “Well… we are just excited to be here. Just a couple of days ago, one hundred and twenty girls from different countries will land here to witness the greatness of the country, so we are honoured to celebrate India this way.” Karolina Bielawska, former Miss World added, “I am so happy for them. They are really lucky to have the Miss World final here in India because this is such a vibrant, passionate, and beautiful country. I hope they will get time to explore it like we did and they bring back some beautiful memories.” Vanessa Ponce De Leon, former Miss World remarked, “We all wanted this to happen at some point. I was waiting, but I am so glad we can experience it together with the girls, and it's going to be a great adventure.” Stephannie Del Valle, former Miss World commented, “Contestants have a fully packed schedule so they are not getting the chance to explore the country. They will be receiving incredible exposure all over the world because these contestants arrive in India and become ambassadors of India. So they will be posting on social media, and in their countries, that get reposted. The entire world is going to be speaking of India. How India is the home of the 71st Miss World festival.”
