New Delhi, Mar 27 (ANI): Much to his fans disappointment, Actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar has left social networking site Facebook forever. It appears that such action has been taken after the appalling reports of Facebook's data breach. The 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' star took to Twitter to inform his fans and followers about his decision. However, the reason was not mentioned. "Good morning. This is to inform you all that I have permanently deleted my personal Facebook account. However, the verified FarhanAkhtarLive page is still active," he tweeted on Tuesday. The move has followed other celebs like Elon Musk, Cher and Jim Carrey, who also have deleted their Facebook accounts.
