Mumbai, April 20 (ANI): ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar’ movie director Shirsha Guha Thakurta joined ANI for an interesting exchange on April 20 post-release of her debut film. The film was released in theatres on April 19 and got an amazing response from the audience. The film showcases a rocky marriage where both partners find themselves entangled in affairs with alluring outsiders and how their lives unfold in unexpected twists of fate. Speaking to ANI, debut director Shirsha said, “I feel very privileged because I had a bunch of great actors like Vidya and Pratik Gandhi. I was a new filmmaker and they were in the industry for a long time, but I never felt that. It took time to bring the cast together.…. We wanted everyone to be likeable and have a certain vulnerability in them so that they can be relatable.”Talking about the basic theme of the movie which deals with a couple dealing with their tumultuous marriage, she said, “There are a lot of factors that can disrupt marriage; not just social media. Bombay as a city can be the cause. As I believe it is so busy, the traffic and hectic work hours everything adds to that.”
