‘Dhadak’ receives mixed reactions

Mumbai, Jul 21 (ANI): Janhvi Kapoor’s and Ishaan Khatter’s Dhadak hit the box office on July 20 this week. The debut film of the duo is helmed by Shashank Khaitan. ‘Dhadak’ is receiving mixed response from audiences. While it’s a yay for some, others are giving a thumbs-down to the film. The performances of the debutants have been appreciated by the audiences. The tracks of the films are also creating a buzz amongst the viewers, apart from the storyline. The music of the film has been created by Ajay-Atul. ‘Dhadak’ is romantic film which marks the debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter in lead roles. The film is a remake of the 2016 Marathi language film ‘Sairat’. The story is a take on caste differences prevalent in Indian society.
