New Delhi, Jan 03 (ANI): American actor and comedy writer Bob Einstein passed away at the age of 76. The ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ star died on Wednesday (local time) in Indian Wells, California, as reported by Variety. He was recently diagnosed with cancer. Einstein’s brother Albert Brooks, comedian and filmmaker, confirmed the news of his death on Twitter. “R.I.P. My dear brother Bob Einstein. A great brother, father and husband. A brilliantly funny man. You will be missed forever,” his tweet read. Einstein’s career spanned 50 years as a writer and performer, and was known for his fictional character Super Dave Osborne, a fearless but accident-prone daredevil. Einstein had also won an Emmy as part of the writing staff of ‘Smothers Brothers’ in 1969.
