Mumbai, Jan 18 (ANI): Speaking on the controversy after Deepika Padukone visited the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) where students' protests were going on, Bollywood singer Anuradha Paudwal said that celebrities have responsibilities on their shoulders, so they ought to be careful. She said, 'The face of celebrity gets attention, so have to be very careful at what point of view we are keeping forward. I have not seen ‘Chhapaak' yet but I have already said every celebrity has responsibility on their shoulders. Giving non-responsible statement is not right.' Anuradha's daughter Kavita Paudwal also expressed her opinion on the ongoing issue. She said, 'I think every artist can have his/her personal ideology but while being a star status one must be careful about what he/she says because that impacts a large section of society.' Deepika Padukone had visited JNU on January 07 and stood among the students protesters. The actor also met JNUSU president Aishe Ghosh who was injured in the violence that occurred in the varsity campus.
