Carrie Underwood suffers from wrist injury

New Delhi, Nov 14 (ANI): American singer Carrie Underwood broke her wrist and suffered from 'multiple injuries' after she fell on the steps outside of her home. This came just a few days after the 34-year-old hosted the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, the PEOPLE reported. Underwood's representative informed her fans that she was treated for cuts and abrasions at the hospital on Friday. Underwood later took to Twitter to thank fans for their support on Sunday. "Thanks so much for all the well wishes everybody. I'll be alright. Might just take some time," she tweeted. The American Idol also thanked her husband Mike Fisher, who travelled back to Nashville overnight to be with her.
