Mumbai, Sep 26 (ANI): Bollywood evergreen actor Amitabh Bachchan will be honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Award for his commendable work for Indian film industry. He started his career in 1969 film with 'Saat Hindustani' but gained popularity through his iconic role in 'Zanzeer' Bollywood celebs can't keep calm ever since the award announced and poured in wishes to Big B. Richa Chadha said, "He is an icon. I feel he should have got this award way earlier. He is such an iconic actor, creator, singer." Varun Sharma said, "It will really great. We all are his fans since our childhood and he is an institution in his own self and an inspiration." Pulkit Samrat said that Dadasaheb Phalke Award and Amitabh Bachchan are made for each other. John Abraham also wished congratulations to Big B.
