New Delhi, Jan 27 (ANI): As new allegations were leveled against ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ director Bryan Singer, the film lost its GLAAD Media Award nomination. The organisation had said that “it made the difficult decision to remove Bohemian Rhapsody from contention for a GLAAD Media Award in the Outstanding Film-Wide Release category this year”. The organisation said that Singer’s response to The Atlantic story used “homophobia” to deflect from sexual assault allegations. GLAAD is a non-profit organisation that monitors and promotes awareness and inclusiveness of the LGBTQ community in the media.
