Mumbai, Jan 30 (ANI): Veteran music composer Bappi Lahiri organised a Saraswati Puja on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami. He organised the puja at his residence in Mumbai on January 29. Festival of Basant Panchami is being celebrated across India which marks the onset of spring and it is celebrated on fifth day of Magha month of Hindu calendar. Bappi Lahiri’s better half Chitrani and various other family members were present on this occasion. Goddess Saraswati – the Goddess of knowledge, arts and music – is worshipped on this occasion. Various cultural ceremonies are organised on this day.
