New Delhi, Mar 22 (ANI): One of the most senior fashion designers of the country, Leena Singh gave a tribute to Kashmiri artisans by dedicating a collection depicting their skills. Ashima-Leena organised a fashion preview of their Autumn Winter collection’18 Luxury pret collection- ‘The Reversible Shawl’ at The Lodhi. The event was a visual delight for all the guests, canopies had mannequins and Models displaying their beautiful and articulate collection along with Shoot Images and soulful Kashmiri music in the serene ‘Courtyard’. An array of Jamawar Shawls, Kashmiri artifacts, and Mogra flowers decorated the entire venue, the highlight of the evening was a real artisan sitting under the green tree working on his loom. The preview was homage to the craftsmen of Kashmir valley who live in the circumstantial chaos and turmoil conditions of the state and starve financially despite having a beautiful art and skill of designing in their hands.
