Anushka Sharma builds home for animals on her birthday

New Delhi, May 01 (ANI): Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma who turned 30 today, decided to do something for her furry pals as she turned another year old. The ‘Pari’ actress announced her plans of building an animal shelter just outside Mumbai. The actor, who is also an animal lover, said the shelter will provide a home for those animals that are "stranded, left to fend for themselves, have to brave harsh surroundings." Earlier Anushka Sharma also pledged to ban crackers as they scare the dogs. Be it on screen, or off screen, Anushka is always readily setting examples.
