Mumbai (Maharashtra), Jun 30 (ANI): Bollywood actress, Bhumi Pednekar has been very selective about her scripts and she has made a mark in the industry with her off beat choices. The actress was recently seen in Netflix’s ‘Lust Stories’, which is a series of four films directed by four different directors, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee and Karan Johar. Bhumi Pednekar had a web cast in Zoya Akhtar’s film. At an award show in Mumbai, she said, “I am a big fan of Zoya Akhtar. It was a big break for me to work with a director like her, that was my main reason to work in ‘Lust Stories’. Although it was just a role in a 20 minutes film, I enjoyed reading the script, I felt this was a challenge and I always hunt for challenges. Arjun Kapoor often asks me why I do such selective roles, it is because I don’t get enough challenging roles.”“It’s very motivating for an actress when her work is appreciated and loved. It’s been only two and a half years and I have done only three films and one web casting and with that I got a lot of love so thank you very much, specially to the audiences,” she added.
