Alok Nath gets anticipatory bail in case by Vinta Nanda

New Delhi, Jan 05 (ANI): A court granted bail to actor Alok Nath in the rape case filed by writer-producer Vinta Nanda. 62-year-old actor filed plea for bail application in Dindoshi Session Court on December 14, 2018. The rape case was registered by Mumbai Police against Nath on the complaint filed by Nanda amid #MeToo movement. Nanda had narrated her ordeal on Facebook which occurred during shooting of television serial ‘Tara’ in 90s, which was written by Nanda and Alok Nath was in the lead role.
