Alia Bhatt `extremely excited` for her first period film `Raazi`

Mumbai, Nov 15 (ANI): Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt, who will next be seen playing a Kashmiri girl in the upcoming film ‘Raazi’ is extremely excited for her first period drama. While speaking to media at the second edition of Lokmat Maharashtra's Most Stylish Awards, the 'Dear Zindagi' star said audience will see her in a completely different avatar in the film. The ‘Student of the Year’ actress graced the event in a stunning white outfit and looked every inch the diva she is. On a related note, ‘Raazi` is based on Harinder Sikka's novel ‘Calling Sehmat’ and will depict the story of a Kashmiri spy married to a Pakistani man during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. The movie will hit theatres on May 11, 2018.
