Absolutely thrilled with love, affection 'Secret Superstar' is getting, says Aamir Khan

New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): Aamir Khan-Zaira Wasim starrer 'Secret Superstar' has emerged as a winner this festive season. The emotionally driven film starring Wasim and Khan along with Meher Vij, Raj Arjun and Tirth Sharma has been striking chords with the audience, earning not just immense love but also critical acclaim. Talking about the response the film is receiving, Khan said, "I'm absolutely thrilled with the love and affection our film 'Secret Superstar' is getting from all over the world." Within just four days of its release, 'Secret Superstar' not only recovered its cost of production but also earned double the amount. 'Secret Superstar' marks the directorial debut of Advait Chandan, who is garnering accolades for his debut. Khan noted, "I'm so proud of Advait. In his first film itself he has firmly established himself as a first rate storyteller, who successfully knows how to enter the hearts of his audience." The flick is based on music with the lead protagonist Insia, played by Wasim, as an aspiring singer.
