New Delhi, Dec 04 (ANI): Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth’s duo has proved to be a box office hit! Their first box office outing, sharing the same screen space for the first time, ‘2.0’ entered the 100 Crore club just 5 days after its release. Remaining consistent throughout, the film earned Rs 20.25 Crore on its first day and managed to collect in double digits even on a Monday. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the films box office collections on his Twitter handle. He had even awarded the film 5 stars along with magnanimous praises in his reviews. Helmed by directed S Shankar, the flick stars Akshay as a mysterious super villain, who has the superpower to control crows and mobile phones. When the world is in a desperate need of a superhero, scientists and researchers bring back Chitti the robot (Rajinikanth’s character).
