The NIA charges two Babbar Khalsa International operatives, Dharminder Kumar and Harwinder Kumar, in connection with the murder of VHP leader Vikas Bagga. The murder was part of a conspiracy directed by Pakistan-based BKI chief.
Vikas Bagga, AAP candidate from the Krishna Nagar Assembly Constituency, expressed confidence in his party's victory citing people's happiness with the work of Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party.
In a joint operation, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Delhi police arrested an arms supplier, identified as Dharminder Kumar, who is wanted in the murder case of Nangal-based Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Vikas Bagga.
Bagga was the president of the Nangal unit of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and was shot dead by two unidentified scooter-borne men at his shop in Rupnagar district on April 13.
