At least 120 people have been killed after a deadly stampede took place during Halloween celebrations in Seoul's Itaewon district. South Korean President Yoon Suk-Yeol presided over an emergency response meeting as over 100 were injured during the deadly incident.
About 50 people suffered from cardiac arrest on Saturday in a stampede in Seoul as a huge crowd flocked into the central district of the South Korean capital to celebrate Halloween, reported Yonhap news agency, citing Reuters.
