"The colour of the shirt, which Dipankar was wearing on the day if the accident, is the only hope of identifying if the unidentified body number 156 is Dipankar's," Ranjit Mandal, his father, told ANI.
A special train from Balasore carrying passengers affected by the horrific accident and derailment on Friday, arrived in Chennai in the wee hours of Sunday, informed officials.
Tamil Nadu Health and Family Welfare Minister Ma Subramanian and Disaster Management Minister KKSSR Ramachandran arrived at Chennai railway station to receive passengers coming via a special train from Balasore.
