The apex court had on Monday adjourned the hearing on the SEBI plea seeking a six-month extension to conclude the investigation in the Hindenburg Research's report.
The Supreme Court on Friday listed to hear on May 15 (Monday) the Securities and Exchange Board of India's (SEBI) plea seeking to extend the time to conclude the investigation in the report by US short-seller Hindenburg Research by a period of six months.
The bench led by Chief Justice of India Dr Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chadrachud and also comprising Justices P S Narsimha and J B Pardiwala will hear the matter on Friday almost two months after it had asked market regulator and an experts' panel to probe the matter.
The Supreme Court will hear on May 12, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) plea seeking to extend the time to conclude the investigation in the Hindenburg report by a period of 6 months.
