Bhutan Prime Minister, Dasho Tshering Tobgay, concluded his official visit to India from February 20-21, during which he participated in the inaugural Leadership Conclave of the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
