India on Monday launched its Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV)-C62 mission that carried 'Anvesha' satellite and several other satellites into the sun-synchronous polar orbit (SSO) from Andhra Pradesh's Sriharikota.
India is set to carry out its first space launch of the year today, as the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) prepares to launch the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV)-C62 mission, said Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium Director, BR Guruprasad.
Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium Director, Dr. B R Guruprasad, on Sunday, stated that India is going to conduct its first launch of the year in space on Monday with Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV)- C62.
