Three armed assailants looted gold jewellery worth approximately Rs 60 lakh from a shop in the Kinari Bazar area of Chandni Chowk in Delhi on Wednesday.
The PS Vasant Vihar, South-West District, team has arrested two hardened robbers, namely Mohd. Nadeem and Ravinder. Following their arrest, four bags containing Rs. 1,12,000 in cash, one iPad, one pair of AirPods, and the Honda Amaze car used in the offence were recovered.
Unchahar police station in Raebareli district has apprehended four robbers accused of stealing Rs. 110,000 and three mobile phones on December 9. They were nabbed after information about their next crime reached the police, and prompt action was taken.
The incident took place on 27 November 2025, when an elderly man withdrew ₹3.5 lakh from the State Bank of India's Burari branch. Unbeknownst to him, five robbers - posing as regular customers inside the bank- had already marked him as a target after observing his large transaction.

Delhi police arrested three robbers after a four-day pursuit across Delhi-NCR and recovered 37.061 kg of silver, 200 gm of pure gold, cash amounting to Rs 1,86,000, said Deputy Commissioner of Police Nidhin Valsan.
