British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Saturday said the UK, India are two nations with one ambition, an ambition rooted in shared values, the connection between people.
The meeting between the two leaders comes on the sidelines of the G20 Summit which is being hosted under India's G20 Presidency at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan.
“In India just this year, the moon mission, what an extraordinary success, this G 20, which is going to be a huge success and, of course, the Cricket World Cup to come as well. So this is shaping up to be a great year for India,” the UK Prime Minister said.
