The Indian hospitality sector is set to continue its robust growth, with a projected 7-8 per cent increase in Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) for FY26, according to a report by CareEdge Ratings.
Key hospitality players are expected to witness 12-14 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth in Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), similar to Q3FY25. This growth is primarily attributed to an 11-13 per cent increase in Average Room Rate (ARR) and higher occupancy levels.
This performance was primarily driven by a rise in Average Daily Rate (ADR), with a 2 per cent Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) increase in RevPAR compared to Q2 2024.
