India and Bhutan held the first meeting of the Project Steering Committee on India Bhutan Rail Links project in New Delhi on Thursday, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said.
India and Bhutan's Foreign Secretaries, Vikram Misri and Aum Pema Choden, met in New Delhi to review bilateral cooperation and reaffirm their commitment to further strengthening the special friendship between the two countries.
