The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday filed a chargesheet against the key accused and his aide in the Islamic State (IS)-sponsored pressure cooker blast that took place in Mangaluru, Karnataka, in November last year.
Searches are being conducted at the houses of suspected terrorists, including Mohammed Shariq, the main accused in the November 19 pressure cooker blast in an autorickshaw in Mangaluru, Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said on Wednesday.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken over the investigation into the November 19 pressure cooker blast in an autorickshaw in Mangaluru wherein a passenger, identified as Mohammed Shariq, was carrying a pressure cooker bomb made from an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).
