The Delhi Police on Wednesday said that the accused Ruby Jain has been arrested in connection with the alleged racial abuse and criminal intimidation of three women from Arunachal Pradesh in South Delhi's Malviya Nagar area.
Delhi Police on Monday arrested Indian Youth Congress Gwalior District President Raja Gujar and former Bhind District Vice President Ajay Kumar Vimal in connection with the "shirtless" protest at AI Impact Summit.
Prior to Yadav's arrest, four other leaders, Krishna Hari, Kundan Yadav, Ajay Kumar and Narasimha Yadav, were apprehended and remanded to five days of police custody by the Patiala House Court.
According to officials, the case came to light on February 8, 2026, when CISF personnel reported the pasting of pro-Pakistan and pro-terror posters at Janpath Metro Station and nearby areas. Similar posters were subsequently found at other locations in Delhi.
Delhi Police are in the process of bringing all the suspects from Tamil Nadu to the national capital for further investigation. Upon searching, the police found and seized dozens of mobile phones and SIM cards from the suspects.
According to the District Police Office Rajouri, the arrested individual has been identified as Sachin Kumar, alias Pamma, a resident of Sehar, Nowshera.
The Manipur Police on Saturday nabbed two individuals involved in a series of mobile thefts, cyber frauds, and related crimes across Senapati, Imphal, and other areas.
Patna SP City Bhanu Pratap Singh said the case was registered under the old Indian Penal Code, which has since been replaced by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The case involves Sections 419, 420, 468, 448, 506 and 120B and is linked to the Gardanibagh police station.
