The Delhi High Court has directed the Government of NCT of Delhi to frame appropriate rules to deal with cases where convicts, due to age or serious medical incapacitation, are physically unable to surrender after expiry of parole or furlough periods.
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 27 (ANI): The Maharashtra Government on Thursday told the Bombay High Court that the state government has no objection in sending actor Sanjay Dutt back to jail, if rules were flouted in giving parole or furlough to him in 1993 serial blasts case.
