Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday (local time) ordered the Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt to remain closed "until further notice", shortly after the Palestinian Embassy in Cairo announced that the crossing would reopen on Monday, October 20.
Speaking to ANI, he said that Palestine is seeking to stop aggression and achieving solidarity. His remarks came as the war between Israel and Hamas entered its third month.
The League of Arab States on Tuesday commemorated the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People at the Palestinian Embassy in New Delhi.
