Puneri Paltan Table Tennis won their previous tie against Goa Challengers, while Dabang Delhi Table Tennis defeated Bengaluru Smashers for their first victory.
The Ultimate Table Tennis Season 4 began with some exhilarating action as defending champions Chennai Lions began their title defence with a commanding victory over Puneri Paltan Table Tennis here at the Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Mahalunge-Balewadi in Pune on Thursday.
The franchise-based league will witness six star-studded franchises -- Bengaluru Smashers, Chennai Lions, Dabang Delhi TTC, Goa Challengers, Puneri Paltan Table Tennis and U Mumba TT -- fighting for the coveted trophy over a period of 18 days.
