The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has deepened its investigation into Ola Electric Mobility Limited and asked for additional documents as part of its ongoing investigation into alleged consumer rights violations.
The Rs 6,145.56 crore issue received bids for 1,98,14,05,530 shares against the offered 46,51,59,451 equity shares, at a price band of Rs 72-76, according to data available on the stock exchanges.
The company has announced a price band for its IPO ranging from Rs 72 to Rs 76 per equity share, each with a face value of Rs 10. The subscription period for the IPO will run until August 06.
