Govt working on schemes to remove black spots from roads: Nitin Gadkari

New Delhi [India], Dec 5 (ANI): Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday said the Centre was working on Rs 14,000 crore schemes with the assistance of the World Bank and Asian Development Bank to remove "black spots" from roads which were vulnerable to accidents.
