Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, made the remark while addressing a Nasha Mukti Abhiyan program in the state capital Bhopal.
During this, minister Kushwaha took the salute of the parade and extended greetings to the public. He also addressed the message of chief minister Mohan Yadav on the occasion.
