Hours after Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar confirmed his Rajya Sabha nomination, Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Mrityunjay Tiwari on Thursday claimed that the announcement came as a shock just months after the conclusion of the assembly elections and termed it a "huge political abdcation"
