The UAE sent a plane carrying 51 tonnes of relief and food supplies to help thousands of people affected by the Mayon Volcano in Albay Province in the Philippines
In the northeastern Albay province of the Philippines, more than 6,000 residents have been compelled to evacuate rural towns within a six-kilometre (3.7-mile) radius of the Mayon volcano's crater after it spewed ash and came back to life, reported Al Jazeera.
The victims include pilot Rufino James Crisostomo Jr, crew member Joel Martin, and Australian technical consultants Simon Chipperfield and Karthi Santhanam.
