Madrid-based human rights organization, Safeguard Defenders, in its 21-page report, titled "110 Overseas - Chinese TransNational Policing Gone Wild" has revealed the presence of dozens of Chinese police "service stations" in major cities around the world.
Back in October, a French court unanimously ruled that a Taiwan national accused of telecoms fraud, should not be extradited from Poland to China as he could face ill-treatment or torture and may not have access to a fair trial, the Voice of America (VOA) reported.
Madrid-based rights group Safeguard Defenders said this momentous decision will most likely mean European countries will find it near impossible to extradite suspects to China again.
