The Rouse Avenue court on Thursday formally framed charges against Tej Pratap Yadav in the Land for Job case. The court has already framed the charge against Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi in the Land for Job CBI case.
Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Bharti said the court is functioning in accordance with the Constitution and expressed confidence that all issues related to the case will be resolved soon, highlighting that the court's decision was based on the investigation agencies' report.
The Rouse Avenue court on Thursday listed the Land for Job CBI case for trial and directed the court to record Prosecution evidence from March 9 on a day-to-day basis.
